Sheila A. Anderson, is on a mission to make people visible and memorable by raising their personal image to meet the value of their brand. She is the founder of Image Power Play, an impression management and personal brand company dedicated to bringing forth intentional, consistent, and authentic interactions with others. As The Image Designer™️, her exceptional talent benefits executives and notables at any level in polishing the visual aspects of their brand.

Personally drawn to the influence of impression management, Sheila has successfully cultivated her unique style as a business owner, personal brand strategist, image consultant, sought-after speaker, and best-selling author. From professional modeling that includes runway, print, and TV commercial work to a career in corporate brand management, Sheila draws from over two decades of experience when speaking and producing in the world of impression management where her clients experience the power of ROI – Return on Image®.

Sheila is one of a select group of image consultants who earned the prestigious designation as a Certified Universal Style System Consultant® through Alyce Parsons’ Universal Style® International. This system is the “gold standard” of style systems in the International Image Industry.
 
She is a member of the Association of Image Consultants International and served as the Vice President of Marketing for the Chicago Midwest Chapter. She is a founding member of The C-Suite Network Advisors™, an elite group of the most trusted advisors to C-level executives and is an Executive Leader with The C-Suite Network. She served as esteemed faculty of The C-Suite Network’s Women’s Leadership Council and is currently an esteemed faculty for The C-Suite Network’s Women’s Coaching and Consulting Council. She is a member of the Sales and Marketing Executives of Sioux Falls where she served as chair of the Marketing Committee. She was named first runner-up in the 2012 Mrs. South Dakota America pageant.

Sheila is a frequent guest on podcasts and local TV shows. She has been quoted in Business Insider and Fast Company magazine. She is the author of the book I.C.U., Breathing Life Back Into Your Personal Brand. She is currently writing her second book called Return on Image. She was also a contributing author to 1 Habit to Success: SmartFem Summit Special Edition and C-Suite Executives’ Guide to Success.
 
The community is meaningful to Sheila. She is a long-time member of Cosmopolitan International, a service club that raises money for diabetes education and research. In 2013-2014 she proudly held the office as the organization’s International President, the third woman since its inception in 1918 to hold this prestigious office. In 2022, she stepped back onto the Board of Cosmopolitan International to serve as the Vice President of Marketing. She sits on the adult advisory board of Simon Says Give – South Dakota.
